Elizabeth said she was not very impressed with the customer service. She said the customer service was bad. She chose not to elaborate. They did a good job on the repair. Her vehicle was ready a week and a half late and they were not very clear about why. She said there was a parts delay. She was not kept informed during the repair process. She had to call for updates, they did not call her. The personnel were not very friendly and amiable. She will not recommend this business based on this experience.
