Jamie said his overall experience with them could have been better. He had his bumper replaced. That was fine. They also said they would touch up some scratches that were on his quarter panel when he purchased his vehicle. They put too much paint on the scratches. It looks like white out was put on it. It's very noticeable. They also touched up scratches around the taillight that they had made. That was fine. The rest of the repair looks good.
