Jorge said he was not satisfied with his overall experience because they lack attention to detail. They did not have a manager inspect the quality of the work so it could meet the business' expectations. The vehicle was a week late, but he was not given a reason for the delay. He said he was not kept informed during the repair process, they did not contact him at all throughout the repair process.
