Spoke with Jeff. He said this vehicle was ready about a week later than promised for reasons he is unsure of. He was not kept adequately informed because of a personnel change. He was not satisfied with the communication because he was not kept in the loop about what was going on with his vehicle and he does not know why it took two weeks to start working on his vehicle.
