Kevin said that he was not kept adequately informed because this business did not make it clear when his vehicle was going to need to be picked up, so when it was ready he was unable to pick it up and he had to wait to get his vehicle back. He was not satisfied with the communication because he did not realize it was going to need an extra couple of days.
