Amanda said she was not kept adequately informed during the repair process, she had to call them to be updated on the status of her vehicle. She was not satisfied with the communication because they did not take up the initiative to call her. She said the only problem she had with the facility was the communication because they did not call her and she had to call them. She mentioned everything else was good.
