Ron said he received incredible service from this business but his bill was $3,800, which was incredibly high. He needed to get the work done and he is satisfied with the electrical work they did but he was not expecting it to be so expensive. His vehicle was delayed by a day because they had to do some probing, which he understands because it was a lot of work that needed to be done. They provided him with a 25 percent off coupon but it is only good for a certain amount and as a repeat customer it would have been nice to receive some type of special. Every time he drops his vehicle off, he is spending up to or more than $500. They did good work and they were thorough.

Jerome said this business was thorough and they kept him updated. Tim, the manager, provided great customer service. There must have been a miscommunication with his service advisor because the cost was more than he had expected. They could serve him better by offering a shuttle service.

Jay said the service the business did on his vehicle cost $2,100. He understands the mark up on parts and how a $4 part ends up costing $12 but when he drove out to Ocean Shores to visit some friends, he had to put cardboard under the vehicle because it is leaking onto their brand new drive way. He said he was not very happy. The vehicle had never leaked before so he got to wondering and climbed under the vehicle to find the oil filter and drain plug on the oil pan had not been put in tight enough. He then looked at the transmission which he paid to have serviced, this should have included a new gasket, filter and transmission fluid. The nuts on the pan had not been cracked. They must have sucked the fluid out but they did not change the filter or gasket. This makes him wonder about the brake service he paid for or if they just sucked the fluid out or if they really did bleed the brakes and put fresh fluid in. When he checked the air filter, he discovered the filter housing was loose not even finger tightened. The hoses do look new and the heater worked but he is not at all happy with the rest of it and will be contacting them about it.

Terry said the business didn't analyze the total problem because when they went to complete the service, they found additional problems. He wasn't sure if the original problem even needed to be fixed. The business does what he asks and he couldn't ask for anymore than that.
