Christa said she has had three vehicles repaired by the facility and if she did not like their work she would not come back. She mentioned she has recommended the facility to others. She has discovered there is a difference in the cost depending on whether a customer or the insurance company is paying for the repair.

Spoke with Misty. She said she was not satisfied with her experience because the business did not clean the scrapes from the fender as promised. Her vehicle took a day longer than promised due to the technician having a personal emergency. She mentioned she was not kept adequately informed because she felt they should have called and let her know the vehicle would not be ready on time.

David said he has been coming to this business for many years. They had the best service ever and it was superior. He said they were fast and they finished the job in less than 48 hours. He got text messages once or twice a day with updates about his vehicle, which he said was fantastic.

William said he was given a very limited time to pick up his vehicle, so he did not have time to refuel the rental vehicle. He noted this made him a little mad. He was not due to get his vehicle until the sixth day, but they had it ready late on the fifth day. He received text messages along the way.

Elmer said this facility is close to his home and the workmanship is outstanding. They were very courteous and reliable. They noticed a piece under the right wheel was missing but they ordered and got the part in two days and they took care of this.

Spoke with Timothy. He said the business told him what to expect and they did what they said. The vehicle was returned a day ahead of schedule and the body work was excellent. The business was clean. He said the receptionist and Brian, the technician, were very professional.

Desiree said there was a communication issue and debris left on her vehicle. She had asked for them to tint another window while they were tinting the new one. She was going to pay for this out of her pocket. They did not notify her when they did not tint the new window that they were going to tint the one she asked for. There was a lot of sanding and other debris from the repairs left on her vehicle. It should have been washed off.
