Elmer said this facility is close to his home and the workmanship is outstanding. They were very courteous and reliable. They noticed a piece under the right wheel was missing but they ordered and got the part in two days and they took care of this.

Spoke with Timothy. He said the business told him what to expect and they did what they said. The vehicle was returned a day ahead of schedule and the body work was excellent. The business was clean. He said the receptionist and Brian, the technician, were very professional.

Lachrisa said she was not stressed because they took care of everything. She said she was not happy that they were not able to fix the top of her vehicle because it's still sticking up. They told her it was not part of the accident and that it was wear and tear.

Desiree said there was a communication issue and debris left on her vehicle. She had asked for them to tint another window while they were tinting the new one. She was going to pay for this out of her pocket. They did not notify her when they did not tint the new window that they were going to tint the one she asked for. There was a lot of sanding and other debris from the repairs left on her vehicle. It should have been washed off.

Allen said the work they do for him is good. James always does a good job. His vehicle was not ready when promised but was not their fault. They found more damage they had to repair. He did not elaborate as to the length of the delay. He was pleased with everything.

Francisco said he had to take his vehicle back to this business because they left a wrench on the side by his engine. He heard something making a noise and he found a wrench on the belt under the hood. He went back to them and they went through the process of checking it for damages. That little mistake could have cost his vehicle damages. The body work they did was good. That was neglect on their part and luckily the belt was not worn out. They did a great job but they need to do walk a through before they return vehicles. He understood that it could happen to anybody.
