Jamie said everything seemed pretty smooth. They were easy going and helpful. He mentioned that there was an extra charge of $57 that showed up a week to two weeks later, but he is unsure as to what that was for.

Sharon said this business took a week or so longer than the original promise date. The reason for the delay was due to them finding additional damage that was worse than they expected. They gave her a new promise date and they finished the vehicle a day after that. Other than that, she was completely satisfied with this business.

Leah said this business kept her in the loop during the entire process. When she had an issue with her rental, they got in contact of her insurance and helped her fix the issue. She chose this facility because they could get her in quicker than other places.

Christian said the staff at this business was very courteous and kept him informed at least twice a day. They also returned the rental vehicle for him to the rental agency. The vehicle was ready before promised. He stated he would like to see the business keep up the good work and he appreciates everything the business has done for his family.

Dean said that this was the second time he has had body work done at this business. He said that everything matches his vehicle perfectly, he can not even tell that he had to have work done. He said that he had to wait an extra week and a half because the facility had to order a part, but said it was completely understandable.
