Spoke with Julie. She said that the service was good. She noted that the estimate process happened too fast to accurately estimate the vehicle damages. She stated that she was not told how much the estimate was and the bill she received did not show the cost although it did show her deductible. She said that the insurance company was informed of how much the estimate was, but she was not.
