Never before have I received the impeccable care that I received from High-Tech Automotive! Gary and his entire staff were friendly, knowledgable and did the highest quality of work.

Before going to High-Tech automotive, I was always nervous about going to a mechanic, but my experience changed all of that. I did not have to wait long for service or dread what my final bill would be. Everything was upfront, honest and transparent.

I had travelled from Tacoma to visit family and the latch on my trunk broke and would not close. My mom told me about Hi-Tech Automotive and said that she and all of her friends went there because there is no other shop like them. She was right! Gary, the owner, was very efficient and took great care of my car and me. While my car was being repaired he drove me to where I was staying and picked up when the work was done.

I was so impressed with the service I received for this one problem that I decided to have him perform two other services on my car.

Because of the confidence that I found in High-Tech Automotive I found confidence and piece of mind that not only was my car in the right hands, but I was as well. Whether it be an oil change or a repair, I will be driving all the way from Tacoma to Wenatchee to have my car serviced here. It was nothing but a pleasure to give my business to High-Tech Automotive.
