One word.....Honesty
The appointment was made to suit my schedule. Agents were friendly and knowledgeable and the service was performed in less time than expected. The agent took time to point out things that didn't need to be done because my mileage wasn't at that threshold. I can't think of many places that would talk me out of doing work that would inflate the bottom line.
