Even with app't, it took almost 2 hours for oil change and checkup. Otherwise, service was efficient and pleasant. Will return when further service is needed.

"Got let down this time. "
This recent service was not up to par. My husband took my car in for an oil change , and one of the Hyundai team members called on my husband and said that the cabin air filter was needing changing and wanted to know if he wanted to go ahead and have it changed while they were doing the oil change, My husband enjoys doing car upkeep for me and told the team member that he would change it himself. The oil change went well and he returned home. That afternoon he ordered a new cabin air filter . The filter arrived for pickup and when My husband went into the compartment where the filter was he wanted me to come take a look. The cover that keeps the filter in place was not even fastened and when he opened it up the filter had not been placed correctly back into the compartment where it rest. My husband and I had higher expectations of the Hyundai team in Asheville. I feel as if this might have been just a rush job at the end of the work day and I hope it will not happen like this again. I will still have high expectations out of the team at Asheville Hyundai and hopefully will not get let down.
