Four Weeks of Frustration & Upset/ VIN #5NPE34AF2JH711842
My Hyundai Sonata was tied up at the dealership in Bedford for just short of 4 weeks. The service advisor tried to help me as best she could, but it seems she had to wait for headquarters to determine what to do before a satisfactory repair could be made. Overall I am basically happy with my automobile. However, I am not pleased with the way this matter was handled by Hyundai and the fact that I didn't have my car for 4 weeks. I think it would be nice if you provided me with Winter Floor Mats and a Cargo Net for the trunk in recognition of my frustrating experience and lack of availability of my vehicle. Annette Konrad, Service Advisor at Hyundai of Bedford bent over backward to try to help me with the resolution of this matter , which was greatly appreciated.
