I did not have an appointment and they fit me in their busy schedule , for my tire emergency in the afternoon. I was very appreciative. Very forthcoming about the wait time, which I didn't mind. But, I did not have to wait long at all.

"Poor service and communication "
We have used this site for 10 years - under several different names. Our last 3 visits have been so disappointing that we will seek another Hyundai dealership for future needs. When the management was informed of our concerns during our previous appointment, his reply was "we are working to improve our department." No compensation or acknowledgement that it was a valid complaint. For customers that have purchased 7 automobiles over 10 years, that was a disappointing response.

I am so sorry for your experience.  I have recently taken over this store and i am working on the processes here to make your next experience better.

When we took over the south store was closed until we find more property in that area and build another store.  Please let me know when your next appointment is.

"Free oil change (under warranty!)"
Not bad for my first trip here. A little bit disorganized at first, but Barbara was very helpful and had my oil change done free as part of the recall on my car's engine. Will definitely return here for future service to my car.
