"Poor service, trying to sell items not needed "
1 1/2 hours for an oil change. $50 for 4 back light bulbs. Received a call stating I need new tires. Tire depth is 8/32. Far from needing new tires. 2nd Hyundai dealership that has tried to push unnecessary work onto the customer.

Richard,

Mike left you a message this morning, please give him a call back so he discuss the phone call about the tires. Mike had recommended an alignment to you not to replace the tires. The company that does our follow up calls pulled the wrong code and suggested tires. we are very sorry for the mix up.
PLEASE GIVE US A CALL BACK, and agian sorry for the mix up.

"Friendly and Accommodating."
I had to bring my Santa Fe Sport in for a recall on the seat belt. I called to set up my appointment and spoke with Ken, who was very helpful. When I brought the car in, Ken was at the service desk and was able to process everything quickly and efficiently. When I returned to pick up my car, it was ready and waiting. My car only has 600 miles on it, but from my experience with the recall fix, I know that when it is time for it's first oil change, I will be happy to return to Hyundai Village. The staff was professional and helpful.

Mike in service is outstanding always has been. Knows your name always starts a conversation...makes sure you had all the necessary work required for your car.
I just call and he always schedules me at the time and day i ask for.
Plus those free car washes come in handy.
