"MPG program"
I have never had cause for complaint with the folks at Hyundai Danvers. Mike and the team are sincere, responsive and willing to do whatever it takes to have a happy customer. My only issue was with the MPG group and that could well have been just some confusion, and that has nothing to do with Hyundai Danvers team. Thanks for the prompt attention.

"MPG program"
Just trying to get my mileage reimbursement.. The people were friendly in Danvers and I think this issue is with the MPG program people not seeing that I have had my mileage recorded again

"Not great but good"
It would be good if they offered state inspection service so it was a one stop destination. The same could be said for a wash and vacuum service.

"Courtesies to customer and knowledge of recommended services."
I think this is a good dealership that cares about their customers. However, I'm not completely convinced that guidance about having additional expensive work recommended is something I can truly evaluate.
