"Friendly and Accommodating."
I had to bring my Santa Fe Sport in for a recall on the seat belt. I called to set up my appointment and spoke with Ken, who was very helpful. When I brought the car in, Ken was at the service desk and was able to process everything quickly and efficiently. When I returned to pick up my car, it was ready and waiting. My car only has 600 miles on it, but from my experience with the recall fix, I know that when it is time for it's first oil change, I will be happy to return to Hyundai Village. The staff was professional and helpful.

"Great people..great sevice"
Mike in service is outstanding always has been. Knows your name always starts a conversation...makes sure you had all the necessary work required for your car.
I just call and he always schedules me at the time and day i ask for.
Plus those free car washes come in handy.

"Honest, straightforward service."
During my 30,000 mile service, Mike the service tech relayed to me that my tires needed to be replaced, and even brought me out to my vehicle to show me what they found. Because the tires needed to be replaced, he said they would not do the tire rotation, so as not to charge me needlessly. He also tried diligently to find tires, but was unable, so he gave me a quote to compare with tires shops so I could be on my way. I felt valued as a customer.

"Service is so-so"
I have had two issues after service here. Once, the cap was left off the oil reservoir. Another time, the socket for a socket wrench was left attached to my car. This points to either inattention on the part of the mechanics or being so rushed by management that they miss things.
