I recently purchased an older model G-series sedan. Given the age of the car, I was concerned that I would not receive the same service as purchasers of newer (i.e., more expensive) models, since I had purchased a service plan. I am happy to say that my concerns were unfounded. I first brought the car in for service to fix a transmission issue. The service department was quick to identify the problem and was able to fix the issue and have me back on the road shortly after the new part arrived. Two weeks or so after, I hit a curb, busting my right front tire. The service department did not try to up-sell me on new rims and was able to squeeze me in for an emergency tire repair on very short notice. I am very happy with the work they have done and the customer service they provide.

Would highly recommend Brad Sweet and his service dept- they are bright, polite, and genuinely care. My experience there on Monday was a pleasure - Infiniti is a great vehicle and I wouldn't trust another service dept with my car- fabulous service!!!!!
