I purchased my car two months ago and with it I bought the "Elite" warranty protection plan which I was told covered bumper to bumper. Just as I'm about to make my second payment I hear a noise from the bottom of the car. I bring it in to have it checked and was told not only do I need a catalytic converter but I somehow I need a front right axle. Here's the bomb shell, I was told neither are covered under this "Elite" protection plan that I'm paying extra for so I'm stuck with a $2000 repair bill. Needless to say I am about as angry as you can get because I feel as though this "Elite" protection is totally worthless and I just gave money away. Give special thanks to my salesman and the finance manager for a good con sale!!! This car is garbage!!
