Typical luxury car experience
Had my car in at 7:30am (30 minutes before they opened) and instead of letting my 5 year old son and I sit for 30 minutes, the service staff helped me right away and got my car right over to the shop. Had my service done quickly and even replaced some parts for "cost only", no labor charge. Very satisfied. The only service shop I'll ever go to. Thanks guys-

Great Service Team
I usually drive to Porter Infiniti of Delaware for service on my QX56 vehicle but I took a chance and used West Chester which is three miles from my home. I am glad I did Mike Lawless made the service experience exceptional. Makes me want to return.

True Customer Service!
Jack in the Service department could not be more accommodating. He exceeds my expectations every visit. I have an Infiniti dealer closer to my home, but I choose to drive an extra 45 minutes for this service!
