I have been impressed with your Service Department each time that I had service performed. Your waiting area is comfortable and you willingly accept competitors coupons or offer your own special discounts when available without asking. You wash the car as part of your service returning it clean and brought to the front of the dealership for pick-up. Rebecca is always so pleasant to work with and happy to help customers. I observed her speaking with another customer in the waiting area explaining what was being done and the amount of time it would take to complete. The woman was very appreciative - I saw it as professional and caring. People appreciate the updated communication while waiting. I also like the Express Service for minor work to be performed without an appointment.

Ultimately, Service helps sell cars! Poor service sends people elsewhere. I have a Murano and typically have it serviced at Exton Nissan. There is no comparison between the two even with the same ownership. Going there feels more like going to Pep Boys!

I would not take my Infiniti to any other Infiniti Dealership except West Chester. They run like a well oiled machine!
