Nusair, I am glad you liked your service. We are not the cheapest, but we do offer a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. The A/C system is a complex system and usually can have multiple issues. We had to check the refrigerant due to the fact too much refrigerant can cause A/C issues. AS we expected, it also had to much refrigerant in the system.
Eric we do our best to do good, work. I apologize that the parts took longer than expected, but it was an older BMW that is harder to get parts for. Hope to see you next time!
