"ENGINE TROUBLE"
THANK YOU IGNACIO FOR TELLING ME ABOUT MY ENGINE RECALL. I HAD TAKEN MY CAR IN FOR THE RECALL AND THE DEALERSHIP JUST "INSPECTED" MY CAR. I HAD TO ARGUE WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ORDER THEM TO REPAIR CAR. THEY REPAIRED IT AT NO COST TO ME AND SUPPLIED ME WITH A RENTAL. NOW THERE IS A CLASS ACTION SUIT. IGNACIO REFUSED TO TOUCH MY CAR AND I APPRECIATE THAT. IF IT WASN'T FOR HIM REDIRECTING ME BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP I WOULD HAVE PAID OUT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. I LOVE AND RESPECT THE HONESTY AND "INTEGRITY" IGNACIO HAS WITH HIS CUSTOMERS. HE ALWAYS TELLS YOU WHAT IS EXACTLY GOING WITH YOUR CAR.

Absolutely incredible shop... It's not too often in a industry such as auto repair that you find people you can trust, 100%. Ignacio is one of those people. I've moved a lot, and it's always a bit frustrating finding a shop you can trust and depend on. Thanks for everythin guys!

Ignacio is professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He takes time to inspect what your situation is, assess the problem and give you honest work. He talks to you so you understand what will be done and gets it done in a timely manner. Integrity Auto also provides shuttle service, which is very helpful.

"Very honest mechanics, one fourth the price of the dealership and to me better quality work than Smith Chevrolet ever has."
My vehicle ran in to a problem during smog went to Smith Chevrolet and was told the problem would be a minimum of $800 for one thing, and 400 to fix an oil leak (not a drop in my driveway).
Went to Integrity and was told we'll take a look....the first problem now was now $150, and oil leak (like I suspected) didn't exist...so I fixed a few other things that I knew my car needed with the savings...All in all I got new brakes, at my request ( knew the car was going to need them soon), new plugs, and the original smog work for less than Smith quoted me for just one thing.
