Contacted customer to applogise for the inconveniece of a return visit.   Customer appreciated our follow-up and understood that the return visit was the cause of a defective part and that this is unfortunately out of the control of Interstate Auto Care.

Ended call with customer advising that brakes are working fine at this point without any further issues.
