Called customer and left a voicemail to apologize and reitirate that the work took longer than anticipated due to the fact that the parts in question were original GM parts and delivered later than promised by our supplier. Being part of any supply chain, we are suseptible to the same delivery/delay issues as any other business and I'd like to think that we do a great job of minimizing those kinds of issues as our track record shows that.
