Aaron said some of the problems he went in for were not fixed. The business told him they would follow-up with phone calls frequently but it took them awhile. Also, he received a call 5 minutes before they closed. He doesn't plan to recommend this business based on his experience.

Contacted Aaron to appologise for the poor service visit and to explain why it occured. Aaron was extremely helpful in providing feedback on where we clearly need to make some improvement. Thanked him and invited him to return so that we can address the under vehicle noise that he stated was not addressed. Aaron stated that he would be happy to do so and thanked me for the follow-up.
