Mohamed said they did good work and in good time, but he felt they were overpriced. He was quoted $15 to $20 and it cost $47. They were nice, but he does not plan to use their services again for the reason mentioned.

Spoke to customer on the day in question: Had advised him at the time of the call that although we do not install customer provided parts, in general, we would accommodate him due him being a Costco Warehouse referral. I explained that although most batteries are "pop-in" and require minimal cost to install ($20.00 to $25.00), his may be more and that he would need to bring it in, first, for an exact price. That price was $47.50 and was agreed to at the time of write-up.
Mr. Bhatti made no mention of this concern at the time of write-up, so that I may have explained that the Infiniti Dealer wants nearly $100.00 and that Sears Auto Center and Belle Tire do not install customer provided batteries.
