Victor said he brought this vehicle in for repairs because his vehicle would die, and then it would start up again. This business told him they had resolved the above problem, but 2 weeks after his vehicle was returned it died again. Victor brought his vehicle to another business, and they replaced a bad battery coil, which took care of the problem. Victor emphasized the people at Interstate Auto Care were very nice and polite.

Contacted customer who advised that he had battery repalced and that seems to have solved his problem for now. Reitirated to customer that swapping out starter relay was our cheapest attempt to solve his intermittent no-crank issue without incurring additional parts and labor expenses. During our testing, the battery tested "marginal" and not "bad". Customer added that he would have been happy to return the vehicle to Interstate for the battery replacement, but customer lives too far away. Thanked me for our follow-up.
