Paul said he has been using this business for 3 years and they do a good job. His only suggestion would be they offer the range of prices for service. When he got a quote for brakes and rotors he got a price he was not pleased with and then another price that he was more pleased with. When he asked about why the difference in quotes he was told the second quote was not with the premium rotors. He said he thought they should not assume customers wanted the most expensive.
