Dear Brandon,
I'm sorry to hear that you will not be recommending Interstate Auto Care for service in the future.
You will recall that you authorized us $100.00 to diagnose the braking issue with your vehicle.
So we provided you with an exact cost to replace your overheated brake pads and rotors, as well as the cost to repair the sub-standard work that was performed by your previous repair facility, and you chose to decline any further work at that time.
I'm going to go on a limb here and suggest that this aforementioned facility probably charges less to work on a vehicle than most other shops do. Heck, they may very well be the cheapest place in town.
... and what do you have to show for the unknown sum of money that you have paid this previous facility? Not to mention the money that you have had to pay Interstate Auto Care to identify and price out the cost to fix it properly?
Please don't take this the wrong way, but I'm not sure that Interstate Auto Care is who you should be directing your displeasure with. Rather, I invite you to call a hand-full of reputable repair facilities and dealerships so that you may find that Interstate Auto Care is not "high priced", but is at par with other top-notch facilities in our area.
... and by that measure, you may come to realize that any money that you may feel you saved, with this cheaper facility, was in actuality a complete waste of money, if it takes a second shop to fix what the first could not.
Respectfully yours,
Bill Nalu- President
