Sara said they were very friendly with smiles. They were helpful and introduced everyone to her. He vehicle was very clean and smelled good. It looks like a brand new vehicle.

Spoke with Linda. Linda said the customer service was great as well as the work they did. She was really impressed by not only the quality of the work but also by how well this business cleaned her vehicle. They washed, vacuumed, and made the entire vehicle, inside and out, spotless. They did a great job.

Michael said that this business seems to be doing a good job. He does need to bring the vehicle back for a little mark he noticed that he would like to see if they could buff out. He wasn't promised a time for when the vehicle would be ready.

Charlotte said the service was great. She mentioned all were helpful and courteous. She was happy that she was in and out quickly. She noted the only thing she did not like was there were grease spots on her seat. She said she did like the location and the prices are great.

Vanassa said she got the vehicle back quicker than she anticipated, but her husband dropped off her vehicle and she doesn't know if he was given a time when the vehicle would be returned. She stated this business called her with status reports, and always called her her back. Vanassa added, she's been to this business in the past, and likes their quality of work.

David said it took a very long time to complete their repair service. Otherwise, they were happy with everything else. He rated the way they were treated by the business a 7, because when his wife called on a couple of occasions, it took some time to get a courtesy call and feed back regarding the status of their vehicle. They were not given a promised time. When they inquired, they would advise they need to call next week, and see what they found. They found additional damages, and as a result, it delayed the repair services.
