Sara said there was a part broken which caused a three day delay because they had to wait over the weekend to get the new part. They communicated very well with her and the service was exceptional.

Connie said they did not tell her about a problem with the seat, but she chose not to elaborate. They were nice. The vehicle was two days late, but she is unsure why because they did not tell her.

Denise said it took 2 weeks to do the repair and she had to make three trips out to the business when she thought the vehicle was done, but it was not done to her satisfaction. She said only one person, Paul was really helpful. He got the work done to her satisfaction. The vehicle was a week late, there was a small dent in the door that was still there all three times she went to pick up her vehicle. Due to this expeirence she would not recommend them.

Himanshu said when he received his vehicle back the cover to his bumper was missing. He explained he paid extra for it when he bought his vehicle and has already contacted this business about it.

Norman said the vehicle was ready 2 or 3 days later than expected because they forgot to do some of the work on it. They told him they would send him a written copy of the work performed but he has not yet received it. He requested they send it to him as soon as possible.
