Melanie said she rated 2 for her overall experience because first no one called back about the supplemental damage they'd called her about. Carol Ann called her about it, and told her Arash would be contacting her about it. Melanie didn't hear back and she called, and they told her Arash was on vacation for the week. Melanie mentioned she wondered why they'd tell her someone would call who was going to be on vacation for a week. As it turned out, Arash later told her there was no supplemental damage. No one ever called when it was ready, and when she called them after the 3 day weekend, they told her it had been ready the previous week, and that they had phoned her, but Melanie hadn't received a call on her cell phone. There were scrapes of paint on the bumper they'd just fixed, she's still waiting to hear back about that issue, she was told she'd get a call today from Arash, and she hasn't heard today, either. Her vehicle is still there because they still have to fix the paint on the bumper. She visited the business yesterday because Arash told her he'd be back at 4 PM or 4:30 PM, so she came at 5:30 PM, they close at 6:00 PM, he never arrived, they couldn't help her, and they told her Arash would call today, but he didn't. Melanie rated the quality of the repair at 2 because there's a gouge on one side of the bumper and a divot where the paint was chipped off on the other side of the bumper, which was why she didn't pick it up. The gentleman who looked at it with her said they should have noticed the flaws. Melanie rated treatment at 2 because at this point she's dissatisfied. She stated she feels like no one is calling her back,, and when she calls, the person she needs isn't there, and she gets a promise about a call back and then she doesn't get it. There was a lot of that, she still doesn't have her vehicle back, and the only repair was the whole bumper area. Melanie left it on June 13th, they said it would be ready June 29th, and it wasn't ready until July 1st. Melanie was leaving town on June 30th, so she'd returned her rental vehicle on June 29th. She had no idea of the reason for the delay but there may have been some miscommunication, and she didn't get a message it was ready as noted above. At this point she wouldn't recommend them due to her experience and because it wasn't done correctly. They should have noticed the flaws in the bumper and it should have been in a nice condition. Also, a couple people where she works have had bad experiences. Melanie bought her vehicle from Ira and they referred her. She appreciated them checking in.
