Siddharth said it took an awful long time. He was told it would take 2 weeks and it took 1 week and 2 days longer than that. He did not know why it took the extra time. He noticed they did not perform an alignment and after he pointed that out they did do one for him. The radio still does not work right. When he presses the scan button it does not stop on a station. They said they would schedule a time for him to take the vehicle back in but they have not called him yet. He did not get a quick response when he left messages. When he did finally get a response they left a voice mail. He said he did not consider that a good response. He would recommend them to others but would caution them to make sure everything was done and it might take a lot longer than they promised. When he spoke to the manager he did get a quick response. He was happy with the response from the manager.
