Radhakrishna said she had a few issues here mainly because of the time. She did not have rental insurance so being without the vehicle was a problem for her. She was not given an estimate of how long the work would take beyond 3 or 4 days. It took 3 weeks because of insurance and parts. Also when she picked the vehicle up and drove home, all of the back lights were out and she had to drive the 40 miles back to this business to have that repaired and that took time out of her day. She said the business should have checked the vehicle completely before given it back to the customer. She added that once she got to Paul he was very helpful and the progress was explained to her and she felt better.
