Maureen said in the beginning her experience wasn't very pleasant. The salesman told her that if she purchased the bumper-to-bumper maintenance service, used any affiliate to the business for any type of work, even dents, she would get a free loaner vehicle everytime. Maureen went to speak with Caroline about the bumper-to-bumper service and was told that wasn't right. Caroline got on the phone with the other affiliates to this business and assured that Maureen would get the loaner vehicle as needed. Maureen believes this was going above and beyond to help her and she couldn't have asked for a more professional woman to help her. Her vehicle was ready two days earlier than promised. Caroline kept Maureen updated over the telephone about the status of her vehicle. When Maureen went in to pick up her vehicle she saw there were nicks on the bumper. Another employee, Mary, had someone come and touch up the bumper nicks for free. Maureen added that the service was amazing and Caroline should be recognized for her due diligence. Mary was also great. She mentioned that Greg came out an apologized personally for the nicks. Maureen added that the employees couldn't be more professional. Her family has purchased five Toyotas.
