Steven said he didn't give a higher rating for the way he was treated by the business because he wasn't given a straight answer for when the vehicle would be ready. He added when the vehicle was dropped off it was communicated the repair process would be 3 days but it took 7 days instead. According to Steven, the business didn't provide a reason for the delay.
