Spoke with Kimberly. She said she was not satisfied with the repair because the parts they used to replace the mirror didn't repair it properly. The mirror vibrates and she has to bring it back to the business which is inconvenient. Her vehicle was a week later than promised and when she called to check on the status of the vehicle she was told they were waiting on the parts. It took three calls to finally get the answer so she said the communication was not good. She was very satisfied with Ann and Carol Ann in the front and would rate them a 10 plus but because of the lack of communication she was not satisfied with this experience.
