David said that he wasn't treated very well by Carmen, his service consultant. Carmen never returned any of their numerous calls to keep them informed. David had to contact the manager to intervene and find out the status of the repair. They did good work but he was very displeased with the advisor, Carmen. David said he wasn't promised a time of when the vehicle would be ready for reasons he is unsure of.
