Ahlam said if she could she would rate her overall experience with the business a 0 because the quality of her repair is horrible and she is very dissatisfied with it. The paint does not match the existing paint job at all because it is over metallic, and a pinker shade of red. The paint is applied very unevenly. She noticed the inside of the vehicle was not finished properly because the foam liner is off and there were bits and pieces sitting in her back seat that were never put back on her vehicle. There was also a crack in her windshield the business did not fix that wasn't there before the accident. When the business used the buffer to clean her vehicle it left little scratch marks all over and now the paint is scratched all the way around. For these reasons she would not refer this business to friends or family.
