Susan was told by her insurance company that the vehicle would be ready in 2 days but she was told by this business that the vehicle would be ready in 5 days. She received the vehicle 3 days after the promised time. She was told that it was due to this business thinking that they found additonal damage but it turned out that nothing additional had been wrong with the vehicle. She also paid $200 to have her vehicle detailed but when she arrived to the business her vehicle was dusty. When she mentioned it to the person she was dealing with, he told told her that the vehicle has been detailed a few days prior to her picking it up and that it would get dirty anyway. He offered to wash it and he did. Susan would not recommend this business to friends and family due to her experience and she thought this business did not do a good job but thought they were pleasant.
