Naomi stated that she rated the business a five in regards to her treatment because her vehicle sat for a week and nothing was repaired. She was promised it would be repaired within that week and never received an explanation why it was not ready. It took the business another day to perform the needed services. She noticed that the business had a few new employees and assumed that there may have been a lack of communication regarding her vehicle.

Vehicle came in for a bumper replacement. She was called and told the car was ready. Whe nshe came to pick up it had not been cleaned. We provided her a loaner car for the day while we cleaned her vehicle.
