Donna said there was a lack of communication regarding the time frame when her vehicle would be completed. They also had a communication issues regarding updated information about the status during the process. The quality of the repair service was good. When she called the representative regarding the detail service, the representative seemed to have a chip on his shoulder. Donna stated it felt as if he didn't want to be bothered. When she followed up later, it was the same representative, and the same business number she called previously. There wasn't any given promised time in the beginning of the repair service. When they initiated the phone call towards the end of the repair service, they did have parts and shipping issues with a wrong part ordered. The length of time it took to complete the repair service seemed to drag out. The personnel who performed the detail service did a fantastic job, and it was very nice.
