Ferris said it was totally a bad experience. He said there was hardly any communication between the business and his insurance company, he felt he was constantly given the run around. He also said the quality of the repair was not that good, the bumper that was painted is a different shade and no attempt was made to blend the colors. Also the headlight bulbs that were replaced are two different colors and he is not happy about that. Ferris had to continually call the business he did not get any calls regarding his vehicle. He also asked on several occasions that he talk with a manager but never was connected to one. Also the vehicle was a day late and he said he only got it when he did because his rental had to go back. Because of these issues he would not recommend this business to others.
