Jordan said he didn't rate the quality of the repair higher, because he had his back bumper replaced and they painted it all red instead of painting it a two tone black and red. It ended up not being a big deal, but he would have liked to have been asked or informed of what they were going to do. His vehicle was ready a couple of days past the time it was promised, because they had to finish painting.
