Ernest said he was told when he dropped the vehicle off with this business, it would be torn down immediately and he would be contacted next day. Three days later, he was contacted and told the vehicle was just then being torn down and was kept a total of 2 weeks for repairs. His vehicle was an unspecified amount of time later due to the vehicle tear down having been delayed. He mentioned when he picked up the vehicle, he put in an effort to resolve a few missed paint scratches instead of returning for a second corrective visit. He was very happy with the job done but suggested this business stick to the time frame provided at time of vehicle drop off. He also mentioned he paid for the rental vehicle out of pocket and suggested the business provide loaner vehicles.
