Spoke with Peter. He said it was the worst service he has ever had. They were rude and inconsiderate and they never called him. He left messages and they did not return his calls. He added that the person he dealt with when he went to pick up the vehicle was aloof. He told him to have a seat and then went to estimate another vehicle. He said he asked to have a bad tire taken care of, but all they did was put the bad tire back on and charged him an extra $106 for it. They claim it was done but it was not. He stated that if he has a blowout because they did not do what he asked, he will sue. Carol Ann did apologize for the problems. The repairs to his vehicle took 2 days longer than expected and he was told it was because they were busy. He would not recommend them for the reasons previously stated. He will never go back.
