Robert said his vehicle was at this business twice as long as it was supposed to be because the business was trying to work with his insurance company to get parts, instead of patching his vehicle with body filler. The person who hit his vehicle admitted that they were at fault and the business told him he would not have to pay a dime for the $689.14 rental vehicle charge, but three days later he got a bill for the rental in the mail for $209.14. The business is working on getting him his $209 back. Otherwise his experience was wonderful.
