Pamela said this experience has left a bad taste in her mouth. Up until this visit, she has never had a problem with this business. Her insurance company performed an estimate, then she had an estimate performed by this business and it took 3 months before they contacted her to bring the vehicle in for repairs. The person at the front desk would only allow her to speak to the estimator, and she had to call 3 times before he would call her back. The soonest they could schedule her was 3 weeks out. After she dropped her vehicle off, the estimator called her and said there was $275 in extra damages. She did not want to pay that much, and he told her he could drop it down to $200. She said that he tried to tell her the damages were new, and accused her of not telling the truth, even though the damages he claimed were new were in the insurance company?s original estimate. Her vehicle was a couple of days late and she was never called about why it was delayed, though sometimes a woman from the business would call to apologize for the delay. She would not recommend this business to others for the above reasons.
