Rhonda said she rated her overall experience with the business so low because her vehicle went in on a Tuesday and the guy handling her, Jason, was supposed to call her Monday to give her the status and he did not call her. She called Jason the next day and left a message and he did not return her call so she called 3 days in a row and finally on her third call he answered but by then she asked to talk to a manager and it should not have had to get to a manager level. She found out her vehicle had not even been touched yet and it had been at the business for a week. Jason was great when she brought in her vehicle but he never returned her phone calls. Once the manager Paul took over everything was taken care of and he was terrific. She rated the quality of the repair a 7 instead of a 10 because it was done so quick she is not quite sure how well it was done. She rated the way she was treated by the business so low because of the reasons already stated. Her vehicle was ready when promised after she b?$?$?d and moaned. She would not refer this business to friends and family because of the reasons already stated. The manager Paul was extremely responsive, dealt with it, handled it and made it right and she has praise for him.
