"Great Place"
I made three trips to J & W for help in diagnosing multiple SRS (airbag) problems on a 2016 Honda Fit. The initial diagnosis was a front impact sensor, which I replaced. A second problem them showed up - the weight sensor in the passenger seat. I replaced the module in the seat but this did not cure the problem as the diagnosis remained the same. I then replaced the seat with a good used one. Problem solved. The folks a J. & W. were friendly and helpful in dealing with this old "do it yourselfer," and charged me only for one diagnosis.!

"Exceptional Service."
Once again I appreciated the EXCEPTIONAL service they gave me while servicing my wife's auto. Without a ride to get back home I waited in their customer's waiting room for less than an hour. Yet, I expected about 3-4 hours because of their backlog when I checked in. That's why I brought a thick book with me. The entire staff was most accommodating this time and every time I have them service my autos. Happy with their thoroughness in looking for problem areas on the autos.
